Clearcut Designs fully complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).
This means that all of our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
 

If an item you’ve purchased is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
We’ll always do our best to make things right quickly and fairly.
 

Please note that change-of-mind returns are not required under the CGA, but we may consider them at our discretion — just get in touch with our team within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you believe your product is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@clearcutdesigns.co.nz with your order number and a brief description (and photo if possible). Our team will review it and help resolve the issue.
